You might be here because…

  • You’re tired of overthinking every decision

  • You learned how to hold it all together, even when you’re overwhelmed

  • You want to set boundaries, but the guilt is loud

  • You feel overwhelmed by the world and don’t know how to show up

  • You second-guess your needs because you don’t want to disappoint anyone

  • You look high-functioning on the outside, but inside you’re exhausted

  • You care about your family, and still feel the weight of their expectations

Hi, I’m Angelique

I’m a Filipino-American artist and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA).

I provide individual therapy to adults of all ages who feel caught in-between who they are and who they’re expected to be. I often work with young adults, adults in their mid 20s-30s, parents, and BIPOC. My clients often struggle with overthinking, a loud self-critic, and difficulty being with and managing big emotions.

Therapy with me is warm, genuine, and collaborative. You don’t need to perform here.
